1 - Move Fast & Call ASAP
When an internet lead shows up to your inbox, it's a race to be the first to get the conversation started. If there's a number? Pickup your phone and dial it ASAP.
Speed is your secret weapon.
Most people overcomplicate the process of selling internet leads by getting lost in the details like checking inventory, calculating prices, or looking up rebates and special interest rates.

2 - Send a Text
Anytime they don't answer the call. Leave a Voicemail and then send a text.
"This is (your name) at (Dealership name). I tried calling, but missed you. Left a VM. Have you got 2 quick minutes right now?"
No fluff. No B.S. At least not yet.

3 - Now Send the Email
This could be your first impression and it's got to be sexy!
It has to grab their attention, otherwise they won't open it.

4 - Send Another Text
This is business and they reached out to you for starters.
Duplicating these efforts will bring rewards.
"Hey! Just a quick heads-up, I'm about to call you again. When this number shows on your caller id, it's me at (Dealership name). Wanted to give you a heads-up so you can pick-up."

5 - Last Call
